Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Napa County Board of Supervisors approved the Facilities Master Plan on April 9, 2024 and directed staff to proceed to implement Option 4 of the Facilities Master Plan (see link below) by releasing a Request for Qualifications for Architectural and Associated Services to begin design of the rehabilitation of the Napa County Administration Building and South Campus Building 4 as well as design the remaining projects recommended in the master plan at the appropriate time. The County anticipates needing the architectural firm to provide the following, including but not limited, as part of the design services: • Architecture • Building Envelope Engineering • Landscape Architecture • Acoustics Design • Structural Engineering • Civil Engineering • Fire Protection Engineering • Electrical Engineering • Data/Communications Systems Engineering • Mechanical Engineering
