Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Reviewing all of the QSP’s services, activities, policies, and procedures and assessing how these align with the QSP’s overall goals and intended outcomes. 2.Researching industry best practices, including a review of: •Existing programs with a similar design and/or objective to the QSP; •Reviews, studies and analyses of these and related programs; and •Governing regulations. 3.Identifying evaluative tools, data sources, and gaps in information needed for effective review of the QSP. 4.Developing a list of metrics for future program assessment and processes for collecting that data. 5.Interviewing employers and workers covered by the QSP. If applicable, researching and collecting data on similar programs or policies in other jurisdictions. 6.Producing a comprehensive report outlining detailed findings, analysis, recommendations for amendments, and a guide to implementation
