Preparing, repairing, waterproofing, and painting all buildings on-site. The contractor must power wash all tilt-up concrete surfaces and seal any cracks with products of equal or better quality than those specified. Stucco areas must be inspected and repaired to prevent water intrusion. For portable buildings, any damaged stucco, dry rot, or wood paneling (T-111) must be repaired or replaced. All work must occur outside of school hours to avoid disrupting operations and will be scheduled during evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks (October, December, March, and summer). The contractor must provide a 2-year warranty on all labor and installation, along with a 15-year manufacturer warranty on applicable materials.
