Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall provide all diagnostic testing, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary for performing all work related to trouble-shooting, inspecting, testing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing the emergency generators for proper performance and operation.B. Upon Agreement approval, the Caltrans Contract Manager or designee will contact the Contractor to schedule the semi-annual and annual visits for inspection, maintenance, and repair services on all twelve (12) emergency generators. C. When needed, the Caltrans Contract Manager or designee will conduct a scheduled walk-through with the Contractor, at a time mutually agreed upon by both parties, prior to the start of a routine or non-emergency service to discuss any issues concerning the inspection, maintenance and repair of the generators. D. All work, equipment, materials, and parts shall adhere to the manufacturer’s specification and shall conform to all Federal, State and local regulations applicable to these services.E. Contractor shall conduct its operations in such a manner as to avoid damage to Caltrans property and or adjacent property. If any such property is damaged by reason of the Contractor’s operations, it shall be replaced or restored at the Contractor’s sole expense to the satisfaction of the Caltrans Contract Manager or designee.
