In general, the work consists of fabrication and installation of metal interpretive signage frames, and installation of City of Richmond (Owner) supplied interpretive panels within the frames in coordination with Owner’s Representative; site demolition of existing elements/improvements within the area of work and removal and disposal of debris; irrigation system demolition and modification; landscape demolition and modification; utility protection, location and work as noted and required; concrete work including but not limited to concrete foundations and site concrete; erosion control; and for all other work, items, or details reasonably inferred or not mentioned above that are required by the Drawings, Standard Specifications, of these Special Provisions.
