The City seeks a Consultant to provide professional technical support from a qualified environmental consultant or team of consultants to assist in reviewing Metro’s draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the Northern Extension of Metro’s K Line (formerly the Crenshaw/LAX Line) to and through West Hollywood. Consultant will assist in identifying issues that may be of interest to the City, and drafting the City’s formal comment letter in consultation with City staff. The selected consultant must be able to meet the minimum insurance, indemnification, and living wage requirements of the standard City professional services contract. The selected consultant should also have experience developing, evaluating, and/or responding to CEQA documents for large transit capital projects.
