The County of Los Angeles (County) Department of Parks and Recreation (Department) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit a proposal from multiple qualified Proposers for the management, operation, and maintenance of a substantial portion of the County’s golf course portfolio. In summary, our objective is to find a strategic partner for a bundle of golf facilities contained in this RFP who shares our values and overarching goals and objectives for golf recreation in the County. Beyond exhibiting exceptional experience and qualifications as a proficient golf course operator and meeting the minimum qualifications detailed within this RFP, the successful proposer will commit to being an excellent steward of the facilities and will use the facilities as a medium for bringing to fruition their County-shared vision for municipal golf in Los Angeles.
