The project scope of work includes conceptualizing and designing a 25 yard by 50 meter pool; a therapy pool; a splash pad; assessing related site work and parking impacts; addressing the required permits for construction (Building, Planning (Minor Use Permit, Costal Development Permit at Zoning Administrator, possible Site Development Review), and WQMP); designing site landscaping; designing traffic related off-site improvements; designing a two-story accessory building that includes a locker room, pump room, and upstairs community room; and associated appurtenances and other necessary infrastructure per the attached concept exhibits. The existing lot size is approximately 4 acres and the anticipated “all in” project cost is expected to be $48,000,000.
