Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the Contract. SMUD may authorize the Contractor to service, repair, replace or correct installation deficiencies of heating and air conditioning equipment or other measures installed by contractors participating in one of SMUD’s Residential Equipment Efficiency Programs. Generally this work is requested because the installing contractor is unable to perform or is out of business. The majority of the work will involve replace, repair, or service of heating and air conditioning equipment. However, the contractor may be required to perform minor home repair or other corrective work related to duct improvement. In addition, the Contractor may be asked to conduct an independent review or evaluation of a problem installation and provide a written report of their findings
