Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall provide maintenance and repair services no less than once every two (2) weeks and on an as needed basis. It will be at DSH’s discretion to change number of services needed. Contractor shall be compensated for actual services rendered and scheduled services cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours, according to Exhibit B, Budget Details and Payment Provisions.; B. Contractor maintenance and repair services shall include but not limited to the following: i. Running diagnostic test as applicable and necessary.; ii. Proper caster tightness and operation.; iii. Hardware handles, pulls, and bolts; iv. Work surfaces for damage.; v. Proper operation of drawer slides.; vi. Locking mechanisms for functionality and battery life.; vii. Lubrication of locks cylinders using silicon spray.; viii. Verification of latch plate functionality.; ix. Inspection of mounted accessories for proper and secure fit to mount area; x. All maintenance, repairs, and testing will be performed in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s recommendation and in accordance with industry standards.; xi. Services shall be warranted for ninety (90) days.; C. Contractor services shall not include software and/or connectivity or any hardware replacement in connection with software and/or connectivity update.; D. Contractor shall submit an itemized list of parts necessary for repairs that are not covered under this maintenance and repair agreement to DSH Contract Manager or designee. DSH will purchase parts through a separate purchase order. Any uncovered parts installed by Contractor will be at Contractor’s expense.; E. Upon completion of scheduled services, Contractor shall submit report indicating service performed, date and name of technicians who performed the services within one (1) business day.; F. Contractor shall provide services within five (5) business days from date of DSH’s initial request. If DSH provided parts for repairs during Contractor’s visit, Contractor shall complete the repair within the same day.; G. Contractor shall provide adequate Resolution of Maintenance Issues.
