Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of The Department of Waste Resources (RCDWR) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for providing Architectural and Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical) Design Services; RCDWR’s shall obtain proposals from qualified architectural and engineering design firms to deliver the following desired services at the Lamb Canyon Landfill (LCL): 1. Building design and preparation of construction plans and technical specifications for the following proposed facilities at LCL: Field Office Building to be used by landfill staff (40 employees minimum) and will provide the following amenities: private offices, cubicles/workstations, restrooms (minimum of two unisex ADA compliant restrooms with showers that are for single occupant and a minimum of three unisex restrooms that are for single occupant), meeting conference room, printer room, storage room, breakroom with kitchen, locker room, and outdoor sitting area.
