Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Federally-funded construction projects, performed under a direct contract with the Authority that are subject to Davis Bacon and Related Acts (“DBRA”) labor compliance and monitoring requirements,including the weekly submission of certified payrolls.•Federally-funded maintenance projects, performed under a direct contract with the Authority that are subject to HUD Maintenance Wages. Maintenance Wages are established by the Authority at the beginning of each year with HUD approval. Such projects require labor compliance and monitoring requirements applying federal standards. While weekly submission of certified payrolls is not required,the selected firm will be expected to conduct routine payroll audits of these projects upon request.•Construction and maintenance projects performed under a direct contract with the Authority that areperformed at commercial sites and are paid using federal funds. Workers employed on these projectsare entitled to payment of the greater of California prevailing wages or DBRA wages (for constructionprojects) or HUD Maintenance Wages for maintenance projects (when State and DBRA or HUD Maintenance Wages are applicable.)•Construction and maintenance projects performed under a direct contract with the Authority that are paid using non-federal funds. These projects are subject to state prevailing wages and enforcement of state labor laws, including apprenticeship requirements.
