Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction of a 1-acre public park as an expansion of an existing park, including signage, driveway, parking area with ADA accessible space, pad and utility hook-ups for park host, picnic areas, outdoor exercise equipment, community garden, natural grass area, site furnishings, lighting, perimeter and decorative fencing, landscape planting and irrigation, concrete pathways and curbs, stormwater and erosion control best management practices, and associated work. Improvements to existing park including construction of a memorial plaque for Fire Department, natural boulder play area with engineered wood fiber surfacing, concrete curb, landscaping, and irrigation, fabrication and installation of recognition plaque at existing flagpole, removal and replacement of rubberized surfacing at the existing park playground, and removal and replacement of existing countertop and backsplash at the Lincoln Acres Community Room.
