Pre-Installation Services: ○ Conduct a detailed lighting survey to verify the scope of work, including fixture locations, fixture counts, and types. ○ Develop a comprehensive lighting retrofit plan, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with Title 24 requirements. ○ Provide recommendations for fixture types, wattage, and controls that align with District standards. 2. Installation Services: ○ Remove and properly dispose of existing fluorescent lighting fixtures per environmental regulations. ○ Install LED retrofit kits and fixtures as per the final approved lighting plan. ○ Implement lighting controls where applicable to enhance energy savings. ○ Ensure minimal disruption to school operations by scheduling work during noninstructional hours where necessary. 3. Post-Installation & Verification: ○ Perform lighting measurements to verify project completion and energy savings. ○ Provide necessary documentation, warranties, and as-built drawings. ○ Train District staff on maintenance and control systems.
