Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all labor, materials, equipment for the installation of (2) total DSA PC Approved 30’x40’ Fabric Shade Structures at the Avalon K-12 Site located on Catalina Island. The scope of work will include but no limited to the installation of (4) steel posts into asphalt or concrete areas, installation of the fabric shade, path of travel and ADA accessibility upgrades as requested by DSA. ADA accessibility upgrades for path of travel may require additional demo, added concrete pads, drinking fountains, etc. Note: The DSA PC Approved 30’x40’ Shade Structure will be OFCI. The vendor will deliver to the Avalon site and contractor will off-load and place in designated laydown area prior to construction.
