Specifications include, but are not limited to: Daily Services (1). Restrooms: a. Sweep and mop floors. Mop floor with a QUAT neutral disinfectant cleaner/deodorizer (EPA registered, hospital grade germicide for disinfecting and cleaning which complies with OSHA's blood borne pathogen standard for disinfecting surfaces soiled with blood or other potentially infectious bodily fluids). 1. The Contractor shall post wet floor signs when mopping or scrubbing floors. 2. Mix a bacteria killing enzyme deodorizer in the rinse water (similar to Ramsey’s Kil-Oder) and pour mop bucket water down the floor and/or sink drains. b. A QUAT neutral disinfectant cleaner/deodorizer shall be used to thoroughly clean all exposed surfaces, fixtures, toilets, and urinals. c. Empty waste receptacles and sanitary napkin receptacles, and replace soiled bags with new ones daily. d. Stock paper towels, soap, toilet paper, seat cover dispensers, sanitary napkin and tampon dispensers, and any other dispensers. 1. Malfunction of dispensers shall be reported as soon as possible to the DMV Project Manager.
