The scope of work includes correcting building wide deficiencies including fire-life safety improvements, hazardous material removal; repairs to the building exterior finishes; upgrades and repairs for disabled accessibility compliance; replacement of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems; new lighting controls, security improvements, and replacement of interior finishes to support the program needs and an improved working environment. The project will target Zero Net Energy, LEED silver at a minimum, and carbon neutral goals for operations without the reliance on fossil fuels.
