1 Must follow instrument operation conditions and meet all QC requirements specified in EPA method 300.1. 2 The instrument must successfully demonstrate generating the low concentration reportable detection limit (RDL) of compounds listed in Table 1. 3 Generate EPA method 300.1 acceptable calibration curves for the ranges specified for compounds listed in Table 1. 4 Computer, Auto sampler and Instrument should fit on a space of 90’(L)x30’(w)x30’(H). 5 Dual Channel system. One channel to analyze for Anions (Chloride, Sulfate and Nitrate as Nitrogen). Second channel to analyze for Disinfection by Products (Bromate, Bromide, Chlorate, Chlorite). Associated pumps needed to control the flow. 6 Eluent Generator Module with eluent cartridges (one per channel). 7 Suppressor (one per channel) to decrease background signal and noise and improve the overall detection of desired analytes. 8 Guard Column and Analytical Column (one per channel) with temperature control that optimizes the separation of each analyte.
