Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pickup Truck Bucket Truck Power Pole Hole Digger The Contractor shall provide services for any repair service requested or necessary to keep the equipment fully operational. Repair service that is not provided during regularly scheduled maintenance visits or not covered by the Guarantee section of this Scope of Work will be paid by the State at the Contractor’s Hourly Repair Rate, as specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. Any parts requiring replacement shall be replaced in accordance with the Parts Replacement Section as specified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall provide any emergency repairs upon request from the Contract Liaison. The Contractor, unless otherwise specified in the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, emergency repair service shall respond and be on site within two (2) hours of the telephone or email notification. If the Contractor cannot respond on site within the time period listed under the Additional Provisions herein and in the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, under the emergency repair service, the State has the right to have another source provide the necessary repairs and charge back any additional charges incurred. When possible, emergency repairs shall be performed during normal business hours and shall be charged at the Emergency Repair – Normal Business Hourly Rate as specified in the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The State may, at its discretion, allow access to the equipment during non-business hours when necessary at the rate specified in the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet Emergency Repair – Outside of Normal Business Hourly Rate.
