Specifications include, but are not limited to: Head Start (ages 3 to 5 years) Full Day Center Based Program – 1,920 annual hours of planned class operations over the course of at least eight months per year. An exception may be allowed if the program schedule aligns with the annual hours required by its Local Education Agency (LEA) for grade one and such alignment is necessary to support partnerships for service delivery. Head Start (ages 3 to 5 years) Part Day Center Based Program – a minimum of 3.5 hours per day for 128 days per year. 3. Head Start (ages 3 to 5 years) Home Based Program – 32 Home Visits/16 Socialization Days per year. Proposer may not propose more than 25 percent of their slots for the Home Based Program option Early Head Start (ages 6 weeks to 3 years) Full Day Center Based Program – a minimum of 1,920 annual hours of planned class operation for all enrolled children Early Head Start (ages 0 to 3 years) Home Based Program – 46 Home Visits/22 Socialization Days per year
