Fees to be included but not limited to are as follows: Recovery Fee CARRAA Fee Certification of Destruction LABOR/SERVICE: • Vendor shall shrink wrap the pallets to prepare them for transport. • Vendor shall pick up and transport the hand sanitizer for recycling. • Hand Sanitizer will be recycled according to Environment, Health, and Safety regulations and laws. • Transported to a facility that is accepted by law to recycle and process waste to recover the alcohol. • The excess alcohol-based hand sanitizer must be managed as a hazardous waste at the generator site and manifested to the RCRA permitted cement kiln. • Certificate of Destruction sent to DMH within two (2) weeks of completion.
