The City of Antioch (“City”) invites qualified candidates to submit proposals for contractual grant writing and management services along with legislative advocacy services. Interested individuals/ firms may choose to include either or both services in their submittal. For grant writing and management services, the City is seeking to contract with a consultant that specializes in the management of a city grant program and can assist the City in maximizing the benefits of grant funding. For legislative advocacy services, the City is seeking to contract with a consultant to develop and advance key legislative priorities, gain support from policymakers on local initiatives, and monitor state and federal appropriations cycles.
