The scope of work consists of removing an existing waterslide and infrastructure, demolishing existing foundations, fence around waterslide, and concrete flat work, and ordering new waterslide and submitting foundation design calculations for permitting for waterslide (which includes any geotechnical engineering and structural engineering contracts), preparing site for new foundations, pouring concrete for foundations, flatwork, installation of new waterslide, completing plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work required to provide a fully functional waterslide meeting all necessary ADA requirements, and work with the City Engineer, City Inspector, and RSM Engineer to ensure work is completed to the proper standards.
