Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of this project located at the Benioff Children’s Hospital San Francisco (BCH-SF) in the Ron Conway Family Gateway Medical Building (GMB) is to create additional pediatric clinic capacity within the outpatient building. The project is located on the 4th floor and total project area is approximately 7,400 square feet. The remodeled tenant improvement will house two clinics relocated from Level 6 (Heart, Pulmonary), expand the Pediatric Infusion clinic, and add an Allergy clinic. The program will renovate vacated space which previously housed the Cancer Clinic. The Heart clinic will have an exercise room, three ECHO rooms, three exam rooms, and a vitals alcove. The Pulmonary clinic will have a Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) room, Testing Room, and three exam rooms that will all have HEPA filtration HVAC system. The Pediatric Infusion clinic will add four infusion bays, two private infusion rooms, and two exam rooms. The Allergy clinic will have two exam rooms and prep space in the Medication Room to prepare for allergy tests. The renovated areas will have team workrooms, soiled utility room, clean utility room, medication room, and an Infusion nurse station. The scope of the remodel will include select demolition of the existing rooms to create the exercise room, PFT room, testing room, and infusion bays/rooms. Pulmonary Clinic rooms will have upgraded HVAC system with HEPA filtration. Existing exam rooms will receive new accent flooring and wall graphics. Other existing rooms not being renovated will receive new paint. Building infrastructure such as fire alarm, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing will be modified to accommodate the clinics.
