Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Task 1 - Grant Opportunity Identification, Tracking, and Recommendations The Consultant will support the County in identifying, tracking, and analyzing grant opportunities. This includes: 1. Searching for new relevant grant opportunities to support the development of prioritized projects, planning efforts, and strategies. 2. Continued tracking of previously identified grant opportunities information including new funding rounds, changes to award amounts, project eligibility, or application requirements. 3. Analyzing County project eligibility for grant opportunities and provide County staff with pursuit recommendations based on project eligibility assessment. B. Task 2 –Grant Proposal Support As-needed, and as directed by the County Project Manager, the Consultant will provide support for grant funding pursuits. Support may include: 1. Coordinating with granting agency representatives for opportunity related inquiries. 2. Coordinating with potential project partners and supporting organizations for project feedback, letters of support, or other funding pursuit related items. 3. Developing grant application materials, including but not limited to project narratives, project descriptions, budgets, work plans,schedules, benefit estimates, fulfillment of required forms, and acquisition of letters of support. C. Task 3 – Grant Administration, Reporting, and Additional As-Needed Support The Consultant may support the County with other grant opportunities or funding related tasks. Such support may include: 1. Assisting County staff with grant administration, reporting, and other as-needed tasks.
