1) The Department of General Services (DGS), Office of State Publishing (OSP) has been mandated to provide printing services to all California State departments as requested pursuant to Government Code, Section 14850. To provide printing services, OSP owns and operates various material handling equipment such as forklifts. Forklifts are needed for the movement and manipulation of different printing materials. These types of equipment must be adequately maintained to protect state property and employee safety. This contract is to procure repair and maintenance services for the forklifts. 2) The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to provide forklift maintenance and repair services for the equipment identified in IFB Attachment 10: Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Attachment 1-8, Technical Specifications and Maintenance Services. 3) Forklift maintenance and repair services will be performed at the following state facilities: Locations 1700 National Drive, Sacramento, CA 95834 1050 Richards Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95811 3240 Industrial Blvd, West Sacramento, CA 95691 1501 Cebrian Street, West Sacramento, CA 95691 885 Riverside Parkway, West Sacramento, CA 95605 1000 Riverside Parkway, West Sacramento, CA 95605
