Specifications include, but are not limited to: All labor, materials, equipment, tools, travel, and incidentals necessary to perform a five (5) year sprinkler/standpipe system and components test. A. Contractor shall perform test, service, and inspection of the fire sprinkler, standpipe system, and components as directed by the State of California Fire Marshall per the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 25, 2006 California edition (as amended by the California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 19), and all applicable codes and regulations. B. Detailed work to be provided by the Contractor include, but is not limited to, the following: 1) Complete inspection of sprinklers 2) Complete inspection of pipes/piping 3) Complete inspection of bracings (brackets that support the fire sprinklers) 4) Riser alarm check valve service/interior inspection 5) Riser and branch line interior obstruction investigation/inspection
