Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide testing and inspection for each site, each fire protection system, including all sprinklers, standpipes, fire alarm systems, fire doors and fire and/or smoke dampers, and all materials and equipment for all building names listed in Appendix K. Inspection and testing shall include every applicable test prescribed by and shall be performed on the intervals required by the applicable codes and standards. b. Document all inspection, testing and maintenance on California State Fire Marshal forms. Electronic copies of the forms (along with back up) must be submitted to the University and approved in writing. Maintain deficiency correction records for five (5) years. Provide field notes to the University immediately following the inspection, testing or maintenance. Notes should include if troubles or supervisory alarms remain and the reason for why they are not cleared.
