Specifications include, but are not limited to: For both Upper and Lower Fields (Exhibit F-1): ● Scalp mowing of field down to 2 inches. ● Dethatch and removal of material from the site. ● Apply vera slice with an over seed of perennial rye blend (90/10 FESCUE/BLUE MIX). ● Apply ¼ inch top dressing of topsoil. ● Rolling and leveling. ● Address any dips, potholes, or hazards throughout the field. ● Level all valve boxes to grade. ● Repair any damaged irrigation from construction. ● Establish a temp fence around the perimeter of the work area (Exhibit F-3). For Upper Field ● There will also need to be a 2x6 pressure treated border installed on the upper field (Exhibit F-2). For Track ● Scrape, grade, and level track for proper drainage and address any hazards and felt damage. ● Offsite disposal of any material. ● Renovate the track with new (GRAPHITE GREY 3/8 material) (Exhibit F-4). ● Compacting track. ● Establish a temp fence around the perimeter of the work area (Exhibit F-3).
