Specifications include, but are not limited to: assist The County in the maintenance and revision of the CAFETERIA PLAN documents to assure compliance with current laws; to receive and process all FSA and HRA claims; to determine and administer participant reimbursements; to provide The County with reports necessary for the administration of the FSAs & HRAs. ; 3.3 Contractor shall provide enrollment support specific to County of San Diego’s plan design, including welcome packets, handbooks, and FAQs as part of the base administrative fees. See Cafeteria Plan attachment. 3.4 Contractor shall respond and offer resolution to participants and County Benefits staff inquiries within 1 business day regarding account issues ; 3.5 Contractor shall provide a detailed project timeline/implementation plan including a timeline of all key activities and a list of personnel resources dedicated to each activity. 3.6 Contractor shall provide services in accordance with eligibility and benefit information provided by County staff. 3.7 Contractor shall agree to actively maintain contractor’s member-facing website. The website shall have the ability for participants to monitor their accounts online and submit claims for the FSA and HRA accounts and to certify dependents for HRA accounts.
