Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Project Management Consultant will supervise, coordinate, and monitor the work effort of the consultant team to assure an efficient use of the team resources and to assure free and timely flow of information for each task activity. This effort will include, but not limited to: coordinating and scheduling meetings; periodically checking in on consultant progress on particular tasks; assisting in communication between team members, the City and other entities; planning ahead for milestones requiring joint project team effort; and general coordination and communication with the City. B. Project Meetings In order for the project to proceed on schedule, it is very important for the key personnel from the City and the Consultant team to meet on a periodic basis to discuss project issues and progress. Periodic project team coordination meetings are proposed and included in this task. In addition to the periodic project team meetings, other focus meetings with the consultant team, the City, and stakeholders will be necessary. Consultant will prepare agenda and meeting minutes for important meetings with City to document decisions and directions. C. Agency & Utility Coordination The Consultant will conduct and coordinate with identified utility companies operating in the project area to confirm existing locations of critical utility features and discuss any potential concerns about project improvements or impacts
