Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Consultant shall provide all Planning Services, Regulatory Agency Coordination, sampling, testing, analysis and reporting necessary to support CDCR’s plan to use the San Joaquin River as an additional raw water source for a new Potable Water Treatment System at DVI. MONITORING PLAN 1. Meet with staff at the DDW, District 10 Office, Stockton. 2. Discuss the concept and planned strategy for sampling frequency, duration of sampling program, constituents of concern, and reporting requirements with DDW. 3. Submit proposed monitoring plan to DDW and modify as needed to meet DDW and Title 22 requirements. It is anticipated that the water monitoring will be for period of two years. In the event a third year of monitoring and analysis is required, it will be authorized as an additional task of this Project by a Contract Amendment. 4. Provide CDCR with meeting minutes, within three working days, from all discussions with DDW.
