Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1 ‐ Reconnaissance 1.1 ‐ Evaluation Meeting: Review scope, schedule and construction budget with City staff. Define project goals. 1.2 ‐ Obtain and review information that may pertain to the project. 1.3 ‐ Field Review: Conduct site reconnaissance. Visually review existing connection points, existing terrain, special features, road geometry, existing utilities and other existing elements. 1.4 ‐ Utility Evaluation: Electrical, gas, communication, sanitary, stormwater and water. Task 2 ‐ Design Verifications 2.1 ‐ Meet with City staff: Review all relevant documents, including existing plans, exhibits and studies in a work session with City staff to develop consensus for proceeding. 2.2 ‐ Topographic survey to sufficiently design, conform to and project existing boundaries, properties and improvements.
