The City of Richmond is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering & design services to prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for the Downtown Point Richmond Bicycle and Pedestrian Connectivity Project. The services required shall include, but are not limited to, project team coordination, conducting traffic and pedestrian studies, generating detailed plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for the roadway improvements, and coordination with the City, BNSF, the California Public Utilities Corporation. This Request for Proposal (RFP) describes the project, the required scope of services, the consultant selection process, and the required information that must be included in the proposal. Failure to submit information in accordance with the RFP requirements and procedures may be cause for disqualification. The anticipated term of this contract will be for a period of two (2) years.
