The City of Clovis is seeking proposals from interested and qualified vendors to upgrade the Audio / Visual system capabilities in the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Room of the City’s Public Safety Headquarters. The project shall include removal of the old system and the design, delivery, configuration, installation, and implementation of the new turnkey A/V system and all services described; The City currently has an AMX Audio Visual Control System in its Emergency Operations Center in the Public Safety Headquarters Building. With this equipment having reached the end of service and support, the City is looking for a new system that will bring the room to current day standards. The work to be done consists, in general, of removing the existing Audio-Visual system, its components and related equipment and installing the proposed Video Wall Display, integrated audio and video system matrix switch, touch panel and other related equipment.
