Specifications include, but are not limited to: This scope of work provides administrative and planning support for the LA/LB Vista Forge Exercise Series to include attendance, staffing, and note-taking at seven preplanned workshops and TTXs and the development of a Senior Executive Summary and Exercise Overview document and the coordination of the final Senior Executive TTX on “Planning and Response for the First 96-Hours Following a Nuclear Detonation.” LA/LB Vista Forge Exercises will include discussions and materials that are For Official Use Only (U/FOUO) and are not to be shared with the media, public, or any individual not involved in the LA/LB Vista Forge Exercises. The Contractor will explicitly be required to not provide any oral or written interviews, comments, or online posts regarding observations made during the LA/LB Vista Forge Exercises. LA/LB Vista Forge Phase 2 will consist of four Workshops: • Three Workshops will take place at the Carson Event Center, which is located at 801 Carson Street, Carson, CA 90745. The dates for these Workshops are February 12, 13, and 14, 2024. • A fourth Workshop will be held at a location and on a date to be announced. The fourth Workshop is also planned for February 2024. LA/LB Vista Forge Phase 3 will consist of four TTXs: • The first three TTXs will also take place at the Carson Event Center, which is located at 801 Carson Street, Carson, CA 90745. The dates for these TTXs are March 18, 19, and 20, 2024. • The fourth TTX, a Senior Executive TTX, is planned to take place at a venue in or close to downtown Los Angeles. The venue is to be identified by the Contractor in consultation with the EPT.
