Task 1. Continued Stakeholder Coordination and Public Involvement • City Departments, • General public and community along the corridor, • LA Metro, • Local Stakeholders (El Sereno Middle School, El Sereno Senior Center, Farmdale Elementary School, Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Station 16) • Regulatory agencies (California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), County, LADWP) • Coordinate with an Artist to integrate the selected artwork within Project limits. Task 3. 100% of Design Documents • Utilizing the available 90% Design Plans, prepare the final 100% Construction Documents, including detailed plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting calculations. This task requires thorough coordination with relevant City agencies and departments to ensure all design elements meet Project and regulatory standards. • Provide submittals to the City and required agencies at 100% levels for review. o LADWP Coordination for Water and Power Utilities, and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations o Landscaping, Amenity and Wayfinding Plans o Permanent Street and Pedestrian Lighting Plans o Preparation of Accent Light Package o Signing and Striping Plans o Street Improvement Plans o Temporary Street Lighting and Traffic Signal Plans o Traffic Signal and Control Plans o Utility Investigations, Evaluations, Mapping and Composite Utility Plans o Worksite Traffic Control Plans Task 4. LADWP Coordination for Water Line Relocation • Coordinate with LADWP to synchronize their water line relocation activities with the Project’s temporary traffic control plan, minimizing operational disruptions and maintaining efficient traffic management during the relocation. Task 5. Coordination of a Community Meeting • Aid in organizing a final community meeting to provide Project updates, share near-final or completed plans, and address stakeholder concerns. • Develop presentation materials summarizing progress, Project benefits, and construction timelines. • Coordinate logistics, including outreach and venue setup. • Collect and document stakeholder feedback for review and alignment with final Project plans. Task 6. Bid and Award Support • Design support during the Bid Phase, including but not limited to addressing construction package addendums, attendance at the pre-bid meeting, and response to requests for information (RFIs).
