Specific Services may include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: 1. Deploy Ambassadors as directed by the SFMTA to assist the general public at major public events, including but not limited to construction work projects, Muni service changes, street fairs, parades, crises and emergency-related events. 2. Staff, supervise, train, and administer the Ambassadors. 3. Carry out a schedule that can fluctuate based on the needs of the SFMTA. 4. Develop and provide training for the Ambassadors that may include classroom and infield training. 5. Provide appropriate communication materials to Ambassadors. 6. Provide services in a professional manner, to the satisfaction of the SFMTA. 7. Utilize a reporting and feedback system to document all Ambassador reporting and interactions. 8. Provide Ambassadors fluent in multiple languages for Limited English Proficiency customers (e.g., Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Filipino, and Vietnamese), depending on the needs of the project. 9. Provide supplemental services to assist SFMTA communications and operations, including posting informational and directional signage. 10. Distribute schedules and route changes and other information and materials as required by the SFMTA. 11. Provide assistance with door-to-door outreach, including disseminating flyers to project-affected neighborhoods. 12. Assist in disseminating flyers to Muni customers at transit stops and stations.
