Receive required documents from tax filer Upload required documents to a secure technology platform where it may be accessed by tax preparers within 48 hours. Develop and implement a process to be approved by SF-HSA for clients to schedule appointments for virtual tax preparation assistance at SF-HSA offices and a process for walk-in clients to be approved by SF-HSA to obtain client information, schedule appointments, or complete an intake when feasible.
