The construction cost for 1201 Powell/900 Jackson is estimated to be $1.27M, and the construction cost for 800-810 Clement/289 9th Ave is estimated to be $665,000. The Project will be awarded as a bundle or individually to one or more general contractors. The construction period is estimated to last 6-10 months per site. The Sponsor will conditionally select a qualified general contractor(s) (the “Contractor(s)”) to participate on the design team for cost estimating, plan review, and value engineering services. Please note that pre-construction and construction contracts will be executed separately per site.
