Specifications include, but are not limited to: A secure RelativityOne environment, housed in the continental United States. Ability to support 100+ simultaneous users from multiple locations securely, supporting both in office users and users working through telework. Ability to support the upload, processing, and hosting of terabytes of data across multiple matters. Ability to support the upload and processing of data from all sources and custodians, including from current and legacy computer storage systems, personal network drives, laptops or personal computers, backup tapes, handheld devices (including phones and tablets), and other sources such as social media websites. Ability to transfer and house data from an existing City Relativity Server instance. Ability to support the upload and processing of data in a forensically defensible manner that maintains the integrity of the data such that the data may be produced in its native and near-native format. Ability to upload or process large volumes of data. Ability to process data including: (i) extraction of container files, including e-mail attachments, (ii) extraction of metadata, (iii) deduplication, (iv) deNISTing, (v) optical character recognition, and (vi) conversion into reviewable form.
