Specifications include, but are not limited to: The rehabilitation of Edinger Avenue, from Springdale Street to Edwards Street, will consist primarily of Full Depth Reclamation (FDR). (2) The rehabilitation of Atlanta Avenue, from Magnolia Street to Bushard Street, will consist primarily of a 2-inch mill/fill process. Both rehabilitation segments will have a wearing surface course of fiber-reinforced rubberized asphalt concrete (ARHM). Manholes, monitoring wells, survey monuments, and water valve assemblies will be adjusted to grade and traffic loops and striping will be replaced. Improvements also include limited replacement of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and access ramps where needed. (3) The rehabilitation of Warner Avenue at Asari Lane, will consist primarily of 6-inch mill/fill process over approximately a 300-foot length by 28-foot wide section of asphalt-concrete with one-manhole and three water valve adjustments. (4) The maintenance of Brookhurst Street, from Pacific Coast Highway to the Channel Bridge, will consist primarily of repairing the concrete barrier wall along the back of sidewalk on both sides of Brookhurst Street.
