CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Contractor shall provide a 20-yard bin for the safe collection, transport, and disposal of EWaste. B. Contractor shall provide all necessary transport vehicles with appropriate placards as required by law. All vehicles used for transport shall have valid State of California, Department of Toxic Substances Control permits appropriately displayed. C. Contractor shall pick up items within 5 days of DSH request. Request for pick-up shall be made by DSH Contract Manager. D. Contractor shall pick up and dispose of E-Waste items including, but not limited to, the following: Power cables, keyboards, printers, computer hardware/equipment, monitors, plotters, photocopiers, and toner cartridges. E. Contractor shall accept additional items not listed above if the items can be classified in any of the above categories and if mutually agreed upon by both the Contractor and DSH Contract Manger. F. Contractor shall provide weight tickets for to DSH Hazardous Waste Specialist. G. Contractor shall sign in and out at Plant Operations, Administration, Building 39. H. Contractor shall utilize their own vehicles and equipment to transport materials. Contractor and/or Contractor’s personnel shall not be permitted to operate any State vehicles or equipment in performance of services under this Agreement. I. Contractor shall be responsible for the cleaning of all debris, spilled or tracked, at the pickup location on DSH grounds. J.
