Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Demolish and remove concrete slab and footings within the perimeter fenced off area (see site plan for further detail), includes clean up and haul away of material.2. Sawcut at expansion joints (when possible) any existing concrete where needed to preserve existing concrete walkway as to not disturb path of travel. 3. Backfill area with imported soil and compact per soils report requirements(to be provided).4. Grade site to match existing elevation of concrete walkway and concrete curb. 5. Provide finished landscaping with sod per District’s direction.6. Remove approximately 360 LF of perimeter chain link fence and 45 fence posts including concrete footings. Fencing material to remain on-site as property of the District for future use. Arrangements will be made to store material on-site.7. Contractor to coordinate with utility agencies to identify any existing utilities. 8. Contractor to abandon any existing utilities per agency requirements.
