The proposed project involves providing Architectural Design Engineering Services for the Del Norte Park Improvements & Dog Park. Description includes dog park improvements (Figure B) including expanding the area and separating into 3 sections to allow for regular maintenance, replace existing fence with new predator resistant 6’ fencing including coyote rollers, new security gates, new concrete paving, new equipment and facilities such as pet receptacle waste station, dog/people drinking fountains, benches, trash receptacles, dog play equipment, and area lighting; restroom improvements (Figure C) including upgrading the facilities (toilets, sinks, hand dryers etc), ADA improvements, new exterior materials such as roof, fascia boards, roof eaves, etc... The City’s total budget for the project including construction (hard cost) and soft cost is approximately $1.2 million. The existing Del Norte Park is located at 1500 W. Rowland Avenue, at the southwest corner of Sunset Avenue and Rowland Avenue
