Amador Valley High School (AVHS) The design-build project budget is in the range of $69,000,000 Demolition ● Demolition of the existing Theater and gymnasiums Performing Arts Scope: ● Construct a New Theater with associated support spaces including a Drama Classroom / Black Box Theater, and Two new Music Classrooms with associated practice and support spaces. Athletic Scope: ● Construct a New Competition and Practice Gym, including concession facilities, restrooms, locker rooms, and team rooms. ● Reconfigure the existing Music Building for Physical Education use (Fitness Center, Weight Room, and Wrestling Rooms). Foothill High School (FHS) The design-build project budget is in the range of $59,000,000 Performing Arts Scope: ● Construct a New Theater with associated support spaces including a Drama Classroom / Black Box Theater. ● Provide new Art and Music Classrooms with associated practice and spaces. Athletic Scope: ● Reconfigure existing Competition Gym to expand the usable floor area and add on new Concession facilities, Restrooms, and Lobby spaces. ● Light Modernization to the existing practice gym ● Construct a New Physical Education Building Including a Weight Room and Fitness Lab. ● Reconfigure existing Locker Rooms, Weight Room, and Wrestling Room as needed. The District has reports, studies, plans, and information relating to the site which will be part of the Bridging documents.
