This alteration project includes replacement of the existing air handling unit in a new exterior enclosure, alterations to the existing mechanical system, and associated architectural alterations to an existing office building. The project includes new interior floor access doors to maintain the existing variable air volume boxes located in the building subfloor area. No changes to existing use or occupancy. Accessibility improvements include parking area improvements and exterior pedestrian pathways. Work in D120 includes accessibility improvements at two existing restrooms and nearby drinking fountain; new exit door from Training Room to new accessible exterior pathway, modifications to existing doors, handrail and interior window as indicated on the drawings, and provision of window film to reduce solar heat gain. Work in building D140 is limited to new control panels for the existing heating hot water system and existing chiller; balancing, and repair of existing hydronic pipe insulation.
