Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. At all times, the Contractor shall maintain a positive professional relationship with park staff, other contractors working in the park, volunteers, and visitors. 2.2. Activities on the Property shall only be conducted in a manner which does not interfere with the orderly operation of the State Park. Permittee shall not engage in any disorderly conduct and shall not maintain, possess, store or allow any contraband on the Property. Contraband includes, but is not limited to: any alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, firearms, explosives and weapons. 2.3. No person shall use or occupy the Property overnight, unless permission has been granted in advance in writing by State’s Representative. 2.4. The Contractor shall operate under the laws of the Public Resources Code as specifically related to fire safetyrequirements when operating equipment during fire season. 2.5. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, logistical support and incidental costs, permits and licenses necessary to conduct vegetation treatments as described below. 2.6. The Contractor shall follow the contract specifications below to ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with: 2.6.1. State and Federal laws 2.6.2. Climate Action Reserve (Reserve) requirements of the Forest Carbon Protocol V 3.2 2.6.3. The Pre-Treatment Inventory Plan protocols 2.6.4. The CRSP Reforestation Project design methodologies 2.7. The Contractor and potential subcontractors shall conduct Pre-Treatment Inventories and site preparation activities which shall consist of fuels management work according to the specifications of this contract to clear approximately 110-acres within the potential project area as designated by State’s Representative and shown on map. (See Project Area Topo Map.) These treatments (described in detail below) include an Interior Site Preparation Methodology on the interior of the polygon and Perimeter Control Line preparation. 2.8. The Contractor shall provide direct on-sight supervision of the mulching operator and crew for an average of one day per work week
