Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project is located in various neighborhoods in the City ofSan Ramon, within the limits of the Pavement Management 2024 & 2025 Projects, and otherlocations as needed, and is described as follows: demolition, and reconstruction ofapproximately 100 curb ramps to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) andCity requirements. Also, included are miscellaneous concrete repairs of sidewalks, curbs,gutters, valley gutters, median curbs, driveways, and similar items. The items listed in thiscontract are to be completed prior to start of construction for the Pavement Management2024 & 2025 Projects, respectively. The Project must be completed in a minimum of two phases. For each phase, the City will issue a work order. First work order is anticipated to include approximately 50 curb ramps, and other items for the Pavement Management 2024Project, and the second work order is anticipated to include approximately 50 curb ramps, and other items for the Pavement Management 2025 Project. Any other work order afterwards is related to as-needed cases.
