A The Work will consist of, but may not be limited to, the following: Demolition of existing site improvements, including curbs, gutters, pavement, fencing and gates, site furnishings, and select trees. Protection of existing trees inside the project area. Repair and stabilization at the Cottle House, Japanese House, pumphouse, water tower, and water tank. Construction of a prefabricated outdoor learning classroom, maintenance yard paving, fencing and gates, site host/RV camping, pedestrian and vehicular circulation paths, site furnishings, and signage. Site utilities, including storm-drain, sewer, electrical, telecom, and domestic water. Restoration of existing park features impacted by construction activities. New irrigation system utilizing new point of connection/water service. New site lighting, cabling provisions, security camera, and data systems. New tree, shrub, and turf-grass planting. Bioretention basin. .B Key personnel .1 Contractor must provide a minimum full-time staff of key personnel who must be at the site at all times when Work is being performed. These staff include, at a minimum: .a General Superintendent (per Section 01 31 00, “Project Management”) .b Quality Control (“QC”) Manager or Alternate (Per section 01 45 00, “Quality Control”) .2 No Work may begin until Contractor submits, and Owner approves, the positions in Section B.1, above. .3 The following personnel must be at the Project Site five (5) Days, forty (40) hours a week: .a Project Engineer (Section 01 31 00); .b Project Manager (Section 01 31 00); .c Administrative Assistant (Section 01 31 00). .4 No Work may begin until Contractor submits, and Owner approves, the positions in Section B.3, above. .5 The following personnel must be at the Project site during specified periods of Work when designated Work is being performed: .a Quality Control Specialist(s) as required per Section 01 45 00.
